Parts in the mail, progress made

So, followed a guide online to verify that yes, the power supply is dead. Ordered a new one, so that's a step in the right direction. Also going to see about getting fiber + static ips at the new place. If you've never hosted a service without a static ip... I can't recommend self hosting in general really. Still too pessimistic to provide ETA, going to have to fix it if I can. I'll install the new power supply and let you know if the computer still boots.
